The Information Technology Department is accountable for maintaining the technology infrastructure and computer systems that support the day to day operations of the various Madison County departments. This includes hardware and software support for the servers, network, PC’s, email, desktop applications, printers, internet connectivity and the AS/400 systems.
It is the goal of the Madison County IT Department to provide world-class customer service to the users of this technology infrastructure and these systems. Our goal is to keep these computer systems, and various technology components as up-to-date and problem-free as possible.
